Job summary

AllSeason Solar & Roofing in Absecon, NJ is seeking a Solar Service Manager who is highly organized and solution-oriented to serve as the primary contact for client maintenance and service needs.

You will coordinate service requests with field crews, log issues, communicate timelines clearly, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

This role requires 3+ years in client-facing operations or service management and offers a base salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing operations or service management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical topics to non-technical clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance-related client inquiries and service updates.
• Receive, log, and assess service requests and reported system concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding system issues, scheduling timelines, and repair progress.
• Manage client expectations while following company standards and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance appointments with internal crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient coverage.
• Optimize scheduling based on urgency, geography, and technician availability to reduce downtime.
• Ensure site access requirements and provide crews with all necessary information before dispatch.
• Track each job from scheduling through completion with timely updates.
• Review monitoring data to identify potential system issues before dispatch when applicable.
• Collaborate with technical staff to determine resolutions and next steps for service matters.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution through follow-through.
• Maintain accurate service records in CRM or internal systems and identify recurring issues for process improvement.
