Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Coordination, Dispatch, Operations, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or service management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers reporting service concerns or warranty requests.
• Receive and manage inbound calls, emails, and support tickets with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Gather and document information to assess and track service requests.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and basic diagnostics using monitoring data.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed service tickets and documentation.
• Coordinate service appointments between customers and field technicians.
• Communicate with internal teams, installers, manufacturers, and service partners to resolve cases.
• Monitor open requests and follow up to move cases toward resolution.
• Keep customers informed with regular status updates and managed expectations.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
• Assist with warranty claims, replacements, and service-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure activities comply with processes and standards.
• Identify recurring issues and share trends to improve operations.
• Support a fast-paced environment by juggling multiple cases with accuracy.
