Job summary

Empower Solar is a full-service residential solar installer seeking a proactive Installation Coordinator to manage the installation calendar and serve as the main point of contact for customers. You will coordinate between Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth installation process and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, homeowner notifications, and reminders, with post-install follow-ups to keep customers informed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in solar or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle scheduling challenges.
Confidence, drive, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility.
Strong multi-tasking, project and people management abilities.
Analytical, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Daily review and scheduling of projects ready for installation.
Notify homeowners when projects are ready for scheduling.
Coordinate with Construction and Operations to ensure install teams have calendar time.
Communicate requirements to homeowners on day of installation.
Coordinate with sales for scheduling communications as needed.
Send scheduling confirmations via text and email.
