Job summary

SunShare is seeking a Customer Operations Project Coordinator in Denver to drive smooth internal operations and successful execution of community solar projects. You will coordinate onboarding, track milestones, and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes.

The role requires 2+ years managing data and schedules, plus strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience managing data, schedules, and projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of goals with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and templates for onboarding and project execution.
• Audit tools and workflows to reduce redundancy and friction.
• Design and improve customer operations processes, tracking timelines, costs, and outcomes.
• Maintain data integrity across SunShare systems through data entry and quality control.
• Lead schedule update meetings and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to rollout new processes and drive adoption.
• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with proactive communication.
