Schneider Electric is seeking a Scheduler & Dispatcher for our North American Solar accounts to ensure top-tier customer service and efficient scheduling of field services. You will act as the primary contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, documentation, and data integrity while supporting the Solar Operations team to optimize service delivery and cost control.

Qualificações

• College Diploma required.
• Two–Three years relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the hub of communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote service offers to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate field service work with customers.
• Schedule field services representatives to maximize team utilization.
• Follow up and interact with customers and installation teams.
• Manage services schedule prioritizing sites with contracts and escalations.
• Track costs for warranty claims and elevate if needed.
• Pulling and processing parts orders.
• Maintain data quality in service data tools.
