Schneider Electric is seeking a Scheduler & Dispatcher for our North American Solar accounts. You will be the first point of contact for customers and act as an ambassador for the Solar business, providing service coordination and administrative support within the Solar Operations Team.

You will work with Service Operations, Field Service Representatives, and the Customer Service Manager to optimize schedules, track costs, and ensure timely responses to customer requests while maintaining data

Qualificações

• Two–Three years relevant work experience.
• College Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the hub of communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote service offers to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate field service work with customers.
• Schedule field services representatives efficiently to minimize cost, travel time and distance.
• Follow up and interact with customers and installation teams.
• Manage services schedule prioritizing sites with service contracts and escalations.
