Schneider Electric is seeking a Scheduler & Dispatcher for our North American Solar accounts. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating field service visits and service contracts while working with the Solar Operations Team.

You will support the Service Operations Specialist and Customer Service Manager, ensuring timely communication, accurate scheduling, and data maintenance in Netsuite and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or dispatch.
• College diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Netsuite and MS Office.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Be the hub of communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote service offers to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate field service work with customers.
• Schedule field services representatives efficiently to minimize costs and maximize utilization.
• Follow up with customers and installation teams.
