Schneider Electric is seeking a Scheduler & Dispatcher for our North American Solar accounts. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service and administrative support in a fast-paced solar operations environment.

You will work with Service Operations Specialists, Field Service Representatives and the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely, cost-efficient scheduling and high-quality customer service.

Qualificações

• College diploma required.
• Two–Three years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as hub between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate field service work with customers and teams.
• Schedule field service reps to optimize costs and utilization.
• Track costs for warranties and escalate when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service cases and data quality.
