Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a training-focused leader to develop our lead generation force. You will spearhead new agent training classes and guide new hires to success as they join our growing residential solar installation team.

The role includes traveling between offices to deliver high-impact training and to monitor KPI performance, with travel expenses covered as needed. This full-time position requires a dynamic communicator and a seasoned trainer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior Sales or Lead Generation experience required.
• Superior leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of comfort with presenting and interacting with an audience.
• Must have strong communication skills and great personality.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for employee training, leadership development, and career guidance.
• Manage new Brand Ambassadors to company-established KPIs.
• Travel between offices to lead training; travel accommodations provided when necessary.
• Work a 5-day work week between Monday to Saturday.
