Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a training-focused leader to onboard and grow our lead generation team. The role centers on running new agent training classes, coaching new hires, and driving performance across Brand Ambassadors.

Expect travel between offices to lead sessions, with expenses covered. The position is full-time and in-person, with a standard five-day schedule and opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on training performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to guide others.
• Comfort presenting and engaging with an audience.
• Excellent communication skills and engaging personality.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead new agent training classes and develop new hires.
• Provide ongoing leadership development and career guidance.
• Manage Brand Ambassadors to meet company KPIs.
• Travel between offices to lead training sessions (accommodations paid).
• Maintain a 5-day work week (Mon–Sat as needed).
