Job Overview:

The individual selected for this position will play a key role in the onboarding and continuous development of our lead generation force. This individual will primarily focus on leading new agent training classes, new hire development, and new hire success.

Responsibilities:

1. Primarily accountable for employee training, leadership development, and career guidance.
2. Field and classroom training based on the training schedule.
3. Travel required between offices and retail locations.
4. Work a 5-day work week between Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of prior Sales or Lead Generation Experience required.
2. Superior training capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. High level of comfort with presenting and interacting with an audience.
4. Must have strong communication skills and great personality.
5. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Salary: $52,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on training performance of a market.
