Job summary

Momentum Solar, a leading residential solar installer, is seeking a training and leadership-focused specialist to onboard and develop our lead generation force. You will drive new agent training and coach new hires toward success in a fast-growing team.

You will travel between offices to deliver sessions, manage KPI targets, and maintain a five-day schedule (Mon-Sat) with travel expenses covered. This full-time role offers a strong compensation package with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Lead Generation.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead new agent training classes and development.
• Guide new hires to achieve KPI targets.
• Travel between offices to lead training sessions.
• Work a five-day week (Mon-Sat) with weekends as needed.
