Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a seasoned Training Lead to build and scale our lead-generation team. You will design training programs, lead new hire development, and ensure new agents hit onboarding KPIs across offices.

Travel between Momentum Solar offices is required. You will manage Brand Ambassadors, coach leaders, and deliver engaging sessions to drive performance, retention, and customer growth in a fast-paced residential solar environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or lead-generation experience.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing development of the lead-generation team.
• Design and deliver new hire training programs; mentor new hires to success.
• Travel between Momentum Solar offices to lead training sessions and ensure KPI achievement.
• Manage Brand Ambassadors and drive performance across offices.
