Job summary

Momentum Solar is hiring a Training Lead to build and run onboarding for our lead generation team, delivering new-hire development and ongoing coaching.

The role requires travel between offices, leadership of Brand Ambassadors, and a proven track record in sales or lead generation with excellent presentation and communication skills. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 per year, with bonuses. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead new agent training classes and new hire development.
• Manage Brand Ambassadors to company-established KPIs.
• Travel between offices to lead training (travel accommodations provided).
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing development of the lead generation force.
