Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a Training Lead to oversee onboarding and ongoing development of our lead generation team. You will focus on leading new agent training classes, coaching, and ensuring new hires succeed.

The role requires strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with travel between offices and a standard Monday–Saturday schedule. In-person work in our offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales or Lead Generation experience required.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Primarily accountable for employee training, leadership development, and career guidance.
• Manage new Brand Ambassadors to company-established KPI's.
• Travel between offices to lead training; hotel stays paid if necessary.
• Work a 5-day work week between Monday to Saturday.
