Job summary

SolAmerica Energy is seeking a Solar Quality Engineer to serve as the technical guardian of our solar and energy storage portfolio. You will own the QA/QC framework across active construction sites and oversee field audits to ensure NEC compliance and proper commissioning.

The role requires strong technical authority in solar design, field execution, and coordination with EPC contractors to maximize reliability and financial performance of the asset portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Solar-Specific QA/QC Experience for owner-developer, IE firm, or tier-1 EPC contractor.
• NABCEP or other Certifications.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review EPC Quality Control Plan against contract documents.
• Use PMIS for inspections and quality checks.
• Coordinate field quality inspections with internal and external stakeholders.
