Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on utility-scale solar and electrical infrastructure projects. This full-time on-site role in Childress, TX requires coordinating SSQP, managing inspection teams, and liaising with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management, ASQ ISO 9001/Six Sigma certifications, and proficiency with Procore or Primavera P6. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications in quality management desirable.
• Knowledge of NEC/IEC/ASTM.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation and NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SSQP and ITP.
• Enforce QMS standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits.
• Lead CAPA and RCA.
• Maintain QA/QC docs and reports.
• Review subcontractor QA plans.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with codes.
