Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a large solar project. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage inspection teams, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulators on site in a fast-paced, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, extensive knowledge of PV systems, civil/electrical work, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel to remote sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001 or Six Sigma desirable.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEC, ASTM and QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SSQP with the Regional Quality Manager.
• Conduct inspections per ITP and SSQP contract requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for defects.
• Maintain QA/QC docs and generate quality metrics reports.
• Audit subcontractor QA plans and ensure material conformity.
