Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities on a utility-scale solar project in Fabens, TX. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage inspection teams, and liaise with on-site client representatives, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, certifications (ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and experience with NEC/IEC/ASTM, Procore or Primavera P6, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC.
• Experience with NEC, IEC, ASTM quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage QA/QC processes per the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Lead inspections per the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and contract requirements.
• Conduct audits of construction activities and verify corrective actions are completed.
• Identify, report and manage nonconformances; lead root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports for leadership.
• Familiarity with SOLV Energy’s Sunscreen quality software for inspection reporting.
