Job summary

Signal Energy Constructors is seeking a QA/QC support role to work closely with project teams on solar construction sites across roads, foundations, HV electrical works, substations, and solar arrays. You will participate in audits, inspections, and testing, and help maintain project quality records.

Ideal candidates bring experience in large-scale construction QA/QC, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong communication skills to train and coordinate subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC on large commercial or civil projects.
• SWPPP and erosion control knowledge preferred; ISO awareness welcome.
• ASQ or similar quality certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote company quality policies and procedures on the project site.
• Support field QA/QC staff and coordinate with project teams.
• Assist in auditing, inspections, and testing activities per quality program.
• Help investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Provide quality training to project personnel and subcontractors.
