Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager on solar and energy storage projects in the United States. You will work with QA/QC inspectors, engineers, and superintendents on-site to ensure construction meets design, safety, and quality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of QA/QC experience in large-scale industrial or utility projects, familiarity with SWPPP, erosion control, and ISO quality practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC construction experience on large projects.
• SWPPP and erosion control experience preferred.
• Auditing knowledge and ISO quality standards preferred.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote company policies and represent the employer professionally.
• Assist in addressing field QA/QC Inspector staff needs.
• Assess quality of work and track corrective actions.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.
• Assist in audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Help manage the quality program for solar projects.
• Maintain project plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Investigate non-conformance and implement corrective measures.
• Provide quality training for project team members.
• Ensure subcontractors follow Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Communicate policies and procedures to site personnel.
• Support project administration to ensure conformance to design, budget, and schedule.
