Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a utility-scale solar project. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), oversee inspection teams, and liaise with clients and subcontractors on-site in Yerington, NV, with travel as required.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, strong knowledge of NEC/IEC/ASTM, and experience with ITPs, audits, and CAPA to ensure project quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC
• Quality management certifications are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of NEC/IEC/ASTM standards
• Experience with QA/QC documentation and audits

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site QA/QC activities for the project
• Develop and implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP)
• Prepare and manage ITPs and inspection processes
• Perform internal audits and document corrective actions
• Lead RCA and CAPA for nonconformances
• Maintain QA/QC records and metrics
• Coordinate subcontractor QA plans and audits
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with codes and project requirements
