Job summary

The Solar PV & BESS O&M Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair utility-scale PV and storage systems, following strict safety procedures to ensure site reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications or industry training preferred.
- Experience in large-scale solar O&M (experience levels vary).
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics, operating SCADA, and using CMMS for maintenance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on AC/DC systems, inverters, modules, transformers, switchgear and HV components.
- Monitor plant operations via SCADA and assist in commissioning, testing, and modifications.
- Follow safety protocols including JHA and LOTO and ensure site procedures compliance.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with remote operators to identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in CMMS.
