Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications or industry training preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solar O&M.
• Competency in industrial or utility power operations, troubleshooting, and general maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, operating SCADA, and using CMMS for maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on AC and DC systems including inverters, PV modules, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage components.
• Monitor plant operations through SCADA and assist with commissioning, testing, and system modifications.
• Follow strict safety protocols including JHA and LOTO; ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance tasks as required.
• Collaborate with remote operators to identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS and generate reports.
