Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications or training preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solar O&M (experience varies by level).
• Competency in industrial or utility power operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
• Reading electrical schematics, operating SCADA, and using CMMS for maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on AC/DC systems, including inverters, PV modules, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage components.
• Monitor plant operations via SCADA and assist with commissioning, testing, and modifications.
• Follow safety protocols including JHA and LOTO; ensure site procedures compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance as required.
• Coordinate with remote operators to resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and provide guidance to junior technicians.
