Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a General Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on a utility-scale solar project. You will supervise company and subcontract crews, manage safety, and ensure a quality, timely product on site.

Strong communication, planning, and electrical knowledge are essential for success. You will collaborate with the Site Manager on budgets, forecasting, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• Three+ years of construction management and/or electrical experience.
• NFPA 70E Certification preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations; required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; travel may be frequent.
• Ability to read plans, contracts, and specs; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on a utility-scale solar project.
• Coordinate work of foremen and field crews; ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Assist with project budgeting, estimating production rates, and production reporting.
• Engage with customers; ensure satisfaction and timely documentation approvals.
• Maintain project records and oversee equipment, materials, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and manage disciplinary actions as required.
• Forecast weekly progress and support problem resolution due to weather or delays.
• Support other divisions as needed and maintain professional conduct on site.
