Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead site operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will direct electrical crews, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers to ensure safety and project quality.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and knowledge of AC/DC electrical work, with emphasis on safety and compliance. Travel and extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Strong communication and coordination with crews and customers.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and manage day-to-day on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, cost coding, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
