Job summary

Cinterra, based in Virginia, seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC, directing crews and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong safety discipline, hands-on problem solving, and coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and AHJs. You will manage documentation, schedules, and daily field activities to meet contract obligations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• Three+ years in construction management or electrical work.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations; NFPA 70E preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work long hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC to meet schedules.
• Assist with project budgeting and take-offs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with AHJ inspections and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
• Develop and implement work plans and daily work packages.
