Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. The role requires coordinating company and subcontract crews, managing scheduling, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Strong communication, planning, and electrical knowledge are essential for successful project outcomes. You will oversee documentation, equipment, and coordination with customers and AHJ inspections, while supporting continuous safety improvements

Qualifications

Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
Analytical thinking and problem solving on site.
Strong computer skills for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Solid knowledge of AC and DC electrical work and drawings.
Familiarity with NFPA 70E and OSHA basics is expected.

Responsibilities

Provide site leadership and manage daily operations on solar projects up to 20MW DC.
Ensure safe, quality, and timely project delivery and adherence to schedule.
Coordinate with crews and subcontractors; manage timecards and cost coding.
Oversee material handling, equipment use, and site documentation.
Engage with customers and coordinate inspections and approvals.
