Job summary

Cinterra seeks a Sr General Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on a utility-scale solar project in Nebraska. You will supervise company and subcontract crews, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with the Site Manager and client.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving, plus experience with MV and DC electrical systems, budgets, and scheduling. Travel and extended hours are expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• 3+ years in construction management and/or electrical work.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, plans and specs.
• Willingness to travel and work long/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value and support the safety program.
• Assist site manager with budgeting and production rate estimates.
• Direct and coordinate foremen and field crews.
• Oversee installation, testing, and repair of MV/DC electrical systems.
• Manage project records, progress reporting, and customer meetings.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget completion with customer satisfaction.
