Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will supervise electrical crews, coordinate with PMs, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects on site.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in AC and DC electrical work and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required).
• Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Direct and manage electrical crews, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with other crews and PM to achieve timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project records, manage equipment and material, and support safety program implementation.
