Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will manage crews, coordinate with customers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The role requires strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical work, planning, and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders. OSHA and safety standards are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required) and NFPA 70E (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Coordinate company and subcontract crews, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Track progress, manage project schedule, and communicate with customers.
• Oversee equipment, materials, and documentation; ensure inspections pass.
• Direct electrical crew activities, coordinate with foremen on MV/underground work.
