Job summary

Cinterra/Fortress is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC, directing company and subcontract crews on site. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with project management and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, reading plans, managing schedules, and enforcing OSHA/ NFPA 70E practices, with long hours and travel as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Ensure safe, quality, and timely product delivery by coordinating company and subcontract crews on site.
• Maintain project schedule and contractual obligations while communicating with customers and project management.
• Coordinate with foreman and project team for take-offs, material management, and documentation.
