Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead site operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20 MW DC. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating internal crews and subcontractors on site.

The foreman will manage daily activities, review construction documents, and maintain project schedules. Excellent communication, problem solving, and a strong understanding of AC/DC electrical work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations is required; NFPA 70E certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value and support the safety program.
• Direct and manage electrical crews, including timecard submission and cost coding.
• Coordinate with foreman on underground and medium voltage activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Track daily progress, forecast, and communicate with the project manager to resolve issues.
• Ensure complete project records and successful AHJ and Quality Assurance inspections.
