Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will drive planning, safety, and quality while coordinating company and subcontract crews on site.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of AC/DC electrical work are essential. The role requires ready adaptation to field conditions and client interactions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education (preferred).
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience (preferred).
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of project outputs; maintain schedule and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with crews, manage takeoffs, and oversee equipment and materials on site.
