Job summary

Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to drive in-store conversations about solar energy and energy savings at designated Lowe's locations. You will educate homeowners, qualify prospects, and book in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants to help them go solar.

The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, a full benefits package for full-time staff, and the potential to advance within a rapidly growing company. Shifts run within a 9 AM–9 PM window.

• Educate customers on financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend training to stay current on products and promotions.
• Meet appointment and performance goals while delivering great customer service.
