Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to represent us inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about solar energy and scheduling free in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential.
• Ability to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
