Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to work inside a Lowe's store, educating homeowners about solar energy and arranging in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants. You will engage customers, qualify leads, and drive energy savings discussions while building a rewarding career with a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
