Job summary

Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent the company inside Lowe's locations. You will educate homeowners on solar energy, discuss energy savings, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This is a strong growth role with uncapped commissions and a benefits package. You’ll join a team that values friendly, proactive communication and a client-focused approach in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
