DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will ensure NEC compliance, safety, and project requirements while maintaining efficient workflows across nationwide sites.

In this hands-on role, you will mentor teams, improve processes, and manage schedules, budgets, and risk. This field-based position requires travel with varied project rotations and a focus on delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with NEC knowledge.
• Experience leading self-perform field crews.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Procore, ArcGIS, or similar field software experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards and customer requirements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Drive project execution by finishing work on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and proactive communication with customers and teams.
• Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead schedule and resource planning.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and support customer interactions.
• Mentor field personnel to grow technical and leadership skills.
