Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects nationwide. You will ensure NEC compliance, safety, and project requirements while maintaining efficient workflow in fast-paced sites.

Role involves travel across project sites with rotations lasting 4–8 weeks. You will mentor field personnel, drive process improvements, and manage schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with power systems experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC and its field application.
• Experience leading self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for planning and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency and productivity.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Drive project execution with proactive scheduling and risk management.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead and resource planning.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and support customer interactions.
• Mentor field personnel toward technical growth and continuous improvement.
