Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

You will ensure all work meets NEC code, safety standards, and project requirements while troubleshooting challenges and maintaining efficient workflow across fast-paced, short-duration sites nationwide. You will travel to project sites nationwide, with rotations typically lasting 4–8 weeks, and work from a home base between assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background in power systems or renewables.
• Knowledge of NEC and its field application.
• Experience leading self-perform crews and coordinating trades.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop processes that drive consistency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure work aligns with safety, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and proactive customer communications.
• Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead and provide accurate daily reporting.
• Mentor field personnel to grow technical skills and leadership.
• Support project execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
