Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical crews on utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects nationwide. This hands-on role ensures NEC compliance, safety, and project requirements while troubleshooting challenges and maintaining efficient workflow across fast-paced sites.

This role travels across project sites nationwide with rotations typically lasting 4–8 weeks, supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience in power systems, renewable energy, and construction.
• Working knowledge of NEC and its practical field application.
• Experience leading self-perform crews, craft labor, or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure all work is safe, efficient, and compliant with DEPCOM's standards and procedures.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Drive project execution by completing work on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and proactive communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead and provide accurate daily reporting.
• Mentor field personnel to promote growth and continuous improvement.
