Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects nationwide. You will ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and client requirements while maintaining efficient workflow across short-duration site rotations.

You will mentor field personnel, drive process improvements, and manage schedules, budgets, and risks with proactive communication to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience in power systems, renewable energy, and field services.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its practical field application.
• Experience leading self-perform crews or subcontractors in construction, commissioning, maintenance, or field service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure all work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
