Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects nationwide. You will ensure NEC compliance, safety, and quality, while optimizing workflow and profitability across short-duration sites.

You will drive schedules, budgets, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams, mentoring field personnel and promoting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background and experience in power systems or related fields.
• Working knowledge of NEC and its practical field application.
• Experience leading self-perform crews or subcontractors on construction or field service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency and productivity.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and operating procedures.
