Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will ensure NEC compliance, safety, and project requirements while troubleshooting and maintaining efficient workflow across nationwide sites.

This role is field-based with 4-8 week rotations and company-supported travel home between assignments, with a base between sites for rapid restorations or augmentations.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience in power systems, renewables, or industrial electrical construction.
• Experience leading self-perform crews or subcontractors in field environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for planning, reporting, and communication.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes that drive consistency, increase productivity, and maximize project profitability.
• Ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with DEPCOM's quality standards and procedures.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities and decision rights.
• Drive successful project execution with on-schedule, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks with proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead and resource planning.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and support customer interactions as needed.
• Mentor and develop field personnel for technical growth and leadership.
