Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This hands-on role ensures NEC compliance, safety, and project requirements while maintaining efficient workflow across nationwide sites.

The role involves field-based travel with assignments typically lasting 4–8 weeks, supporting rapid restoration, repower, or augmentation as needed. You will report progress, mentor staff, and drive project profitability.

Qualifications

Strong electrical background with NEC knowledge and field experience.
Experience leading self-perform crews and coordinating subcontractors.
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specs; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
Develop and improve processes to boost productivity and profitability.
Ensure work safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks with proactive communication.
Maintain a rolling three-week lookahead and accurate daily reporting.
Mentor field personnel to grow technical and leadership skills.
