Job summary

POP MART in SoHo, New York, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. As Leader on Duty, you will oversee store operations, coaching, and brand storytelling to collectors and enthusiasts.

You will manage inventory, assist with visual merchandising, and ensure profitable outcomes while maintaining a welcoming, energetic store environment that reflects POP MART's IP-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Passion for pop culture and collectibles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to hit goals.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Execute opening/closing and POS transactions.
