POP MART in SoHo, New York, seeks a Retail Sales Lead to act as Leader on Duty, coaching sales associates and delivering premium customer experiences. You’ll drive sales performance, support visual merchandising, and manage daily store operations while representing the POP MART brand.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture. 18+ years old with a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in absence of Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to meet performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers and explain POP MART stories and products.
• Drive sales metrics, manage visual standards, and support in-store events.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and store safety.
