Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or keyholder responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and customer interactions.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Serve as Leader on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable and coach team members.
• Achieve store KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and customer engagement.
• Oversee opening/closing, POS transactions, returns, and inventory processes.
